We have seen Blue Herons in the area but recently we have seen what we believe is a Yellow Crowned Night Heron in the creek in the City Park area below Lake Hamilton. We are not really birders, but thought this was unusual. We would be curious to hear of other interesting natural observations in our wonderful wooded neighborhood.
